DAVID GRAHAM is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice in Sidley’s office in Dallas.
David earned his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School, cum laude. While attending law school, David completed judicial internships with The Honorable James E. Boasberg of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and U.S. Magistrate David R. Grand of the Eastern District of Michigan. He was also a member of the University of Michigan’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he successfully argued a criminal appeal before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and earned a remand for their client. Prior to law school, he spent two years working as a Mitigation Specialist for the Pima County Public Defender’s Office in his hometown of Tucson, Arizona. He received his B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Kalamazoo College.
