CONNOR GRANT-KNIGHT represents clients in asset-backed securitization, structured lending, and specialty finance transactions.
Connor earned his J.D. and a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law School. While attending Cornell, he served as an articles editor of the Cornell Law Review and as a writer for the Supreme Court Bulletin, winning the Frank Wagner Prize for best co-authored analysis of 2019–2020. In addition, Connor served as a teaching assistant for a Foreign Direct Investment course and as a research assistant for an arbitrator presiding over an international investment arbitration.
