ZACHARY GROSSMAN is an associate in the Real Estate group in the firm’s New York office. Zach’s practice focuses on the financing, development, construction, acquisition and disposition of a variety of commercial real estate property types, including multifamily, retail, office, hospitality and affordable housing.
Prior to joining Sidley, Zach practiced at another New York City law firm where he represented financial institutions in the origination of conventional and CMBS mortgage financings. He also represented preferred equity investors in real estate transactions.
Zach received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a staff editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the New York State Department of Financial Services Field Clinic.
