EMMANUEL HAMPTON is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Disputes and White Collar: Government Litigation and Investigations practice groups in Washington, D.C. His broad experience includes representing Fortune 500 clients in complex commercial litigation matters. He has particular experience in counseling clients on the litigation risks associated with multi-lateral telecommunications agreements. His White Collar practice focuses on internal and federal investigations and includes representing clients in commercial fraud and public corruption investigations. Emmanuel’s experience includes advising clients on their exposure to lobbying regulations, negotiating on behalf of clients under federal indictment, and preparing clients for proffer and other testimony. His White Collar experience also includes representing clients in bond revocation and sentencing hearings and responding to state and federal subpoenas.
