ROBERT HARDY advises clients on executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA fiduciary duty matters in connection with plan asset, public offering, private placement and M&A transactions. He also advises on matters regarding human resources, including bonus, severance and retention programs, plan qualification and termination issues, MEPPA withdrawal liability determinations and COBRA compliance issues.
