STEWART INMAN focuses his practice on antitrust and consumer protection matters, including Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice investigations and private litigations implicating the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, FTC Act and state unfair competition laws. Stewart also analyzes U.S. and foreign premerger filing obligations and prepares Hart-Scott-Rodino Notification and Report Forms, as well as foreign premerger filings, on behalf of a wide range of clients.
