Sergio J. Guerrieri Rezende Filho

SERGIO GUERRIERI REZENDE FILHO focuses his practice on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Prior to joining Sidley, Sergio worked as an associate in the M&A and Private Equity group at another prominent law firm, based in Brazil. He earned his LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and his LL.B. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

Sergio is fluent in Portuguese and can read Spanish.
