Kelsey Kehoe is an associate in the Private Equity and Investment Fund practices in the firm's Boston office. She represents clients in securities, derivatives, and futures-related regulatory and corporate matters, including hedge funds, commodity pools, and securities, futures, and derivatives trading. Kelsey also regularly represents private equity clients and their portfolio companies in a range of transactions, including recapitalizations, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and structured preferred and growth equity investments.
While attending Boston College School of Law, Kelsey spent a semester with Boston College's Prison Disciplinary Clinic representing individuals who had been accused of wrongdoing while incarcerated.

Kelsey's pro bono practice includes working for the Family Law Unit of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services and working as a legal intern for the Chittenden County State's Attorney's Office.
Kelsey participated in the AmeriCorps VISTA program, where she was a volunteer coordinator for a literacy program for an elementary school in Fresno, California.
