RILEY COX practices in the M&A group in the firm’s Chicago office. Riley’s experience includes representing and advising clients across a range of industries on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Riley also regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Riley was an associate national bank examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency – U.S. Department of the Treasury.
