PATRICK KELLY is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office and practices in the Litigation group with a focus on securities litigation, white collar defense, government investigations and escheat and unclaimed property matters. Patrick is also active in the firm’s asylum project and clean slate project.
Chambers USA, 2015 named Patrick an “Associate to Watch” with clients describing him as “thorough” in his work on securities and white-collar criminal litigation with a “tremendously positive attitude and encyclopedic knowledge.”
Patrick graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2010 where he was an editor on the Harvard Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review, a board member in Lambda and a board member in the Harvard Defenders. He graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 2005 with an A.B. in Government.
