Shahrukh Khan

SHAHRUKH KHAN advises private fund managers on the offering, formation, and operation of pooled investment entities, such as private equity funds, hedge funds, funds of funds, and access funds. He also represents institutional investors in respect of their investments in private investment funds, and provides assistance to registered funds in ongoing regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Sidley, Shahrukh was part of the Legal and Compliance team at The Blackstone Group.

Shahrukh received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the Emory Law Journal. He earned his A.B. from Harvard College.
