YOUNG-HEE KIM is a senior managing associate in the Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy group in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and cross-border disputes. She has acted for clients in international arbitration cases conducted under the ICC and ICDR rules. She also has broad experience representing Korean clients in general commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Young-Hee was an associate at other global law firms in Hong Kong, Korea, and New York.
Young-Hee received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as senior editor for the Yale Human Rights and Development Law Journal and the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics. She participated in the law school's Advocacy for Children and Youth Clinic, Lowenstein International Human Rights Clinic, and the Global Health Justice Practicum Clinic.
Young-Hee is fluent in Korean.
