ALISON KRUEGER is an associate in the Global Finance group in the Chicago office. Alison’s practice involves negotiating, documenting and administering a broad range of complex financial transactions, including structured loans, warehouses, 144A term securitizations, flow purchase and lease arrangements, portfolio sales of loans, leases, mortgages and other financial assets, and private placements. She has experience across a wide range of traditional asset classes, including auto and equipment leases and loans, mortgages and trade receivables, as well as nontraditional asset classes including collateralized fund obligations, mortgage servicing rights and marketplace loans. She has represented commercial and investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds and public and private companies.
Alison graduated cum laude from The University of Chicago Law School in 2014, where she was Topics and Submissions Editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. Prior to law school, Alison received her Ph.D. in Spanish literature from Columbia University. She received her B.A. in Economics and Romance Languages and Literatures from the University of Chicago, where she graduated with honors and Phi Beta Kappa.
