KIMBERLY LEAMAN is a senior managing associate in Sidley’s Litigation and White Collar practices where she counsels a wide range of clients on white collar matters, government enforcement actions, internal investigations, and commercial litigation and disputes. Kimberly represents clients before a variety of regulatory and law enforcement agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as in federal courts.
Kimberly’s representative engagements include:
- Representation of a health and beauty product distributor in commercial supply chain disputes;
- Representation of a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company in a qui tam lawsuit alleging fraud in government pricing;
- Representation of a Fortune 500 corporate client in civil and criminal environmental investigations.
Kimberly also has experience in conducting and advising clients on complex internal investigations that span a variety of subject matters including alleged fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and environmental regulatory compliance. As part of her investigations practice, Kimberly assists clients with the development and implementation of global compliance programs as well as eDiscovery best practices.
