JADE LI TAI LEONG’s practice areas include securitization and structured finance.
Jade has worked on transactions adversely affected by the ongoing financial crisis and, in particular, the insolvency of the Lehman group in assisting with claims arising from various underlying agreements including notes, derivatives and warrants. Most recently, she was part of the Sidley team working on a claim against Lehman in the High Court.
Additionally, Jade has been involved in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in the debt capital markets and restructuring areas. She has also worked on several significant competition law disputes and transactions.
Jade trained as a solicitor in Sidley’s London office where she gained experience in financial services regulatory, global finance, capital markets and competition.
