MONICA LIN is an associate in the IP Litigation group in the firm’s Chicago office.
Monica received her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the Texas Law Review and as a Cybersecurity Graduate Fellow in the Strauss Center. She also participated in the Texas Law Supreme Court Clinic, helping to draft cert petitions and merits briefs. In addition, while at UT, she interned for Justice Patricia Alvarez at the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals.
Monica received her B.A. cum laude in Chemistry from Harvard University, where she was a member of the women’s varsity tennis team.
