- Represented Great Hill Partners in its acquisition of Second Nature.
- Represented Sixth Street Partners in multiple investment transactions, including: SnapLogic and MasterControl.
- Represented Arsenal Capital Partners and Lumanity in Lumanity’s acquisition of Clarion Healthcare.
- Represented Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and United Musculoskeletal Partners in several transactions, including its partnerships with Panorama Orthopedics, All-Star Orthopaedics, and OrthoTexas Physicians and Surgeons.
