MICHAEL J. MOURIDY practices in the Real Estate group in the firm’s New York office, focusing on the financing, development and construction of commercial real estate and affordable housing properties.
Prior to joining Sidley, Michael practiced at a large New York City law firm, where he focused on leveraged finance transactions with a concentration in secured financings. He also represented companies in a variety of commercial leasing matters.
Michael received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and received his B.B.A., cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland. After graduating from Seton Hall, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rhys S. Hodge, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Virgin Islands.
