CHLOE O’BRIEN is a pro bono counsel in the firm’s London office and leads the Pro Bono practice across the UK. Chloe works closely with a range of international, national, and local non-profit and community organizations to develop and facilitate initiatives to increase access to justice and promote the rule of law. Chloe’s practice focuses on representing individuals in the Family Court and the First-Tier Tribunal.
The UK Pro Bono practice supports individuals, charities, and non-profits on a wide range of legal matters. London lawyers are involved in a range of projects, including advising clients in areas of commercial practice, as well as participating in access to justice programs in immigration and asylum law, family law, public law, welfare benefit appeals, and community care.
Prior to joining Sidley, Chloe worked in pro bono management and commercial litigation at an international firm. She has also worked in prosecution teams at international criminal tribunals in The Hague and Phnom Penh.
