MIOKO OKUBO practices in the Capital Markets group in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters. She represents both issuers and underwriters in domestic and international capital market. She also advises financial institutions in their offshore investment funds, matters relating to Dodd-Frank Act compliance and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
In addition to her transactional work, she has been advising corporate clients in criminal and civil investigations launched by U.S. government agencies as well as complex civil litigation commenced by private litigants.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a consultant at a management consulting firm specializing in advising financial institutions.
