PAMELA OZGA focuses her practice on the financing, development, construction, and acquisition of commercial real estate and affordable housing properties.
Prior to joining Sidley, Pamela worked as a business development and banking group administrative assistant at another global law firm. While attending the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, she served as the executive director of the Penn Housing Rights Project, where she facilitated securing new pro bono partnerships and managed a group of students representing low-income tenants in front of Philadelphia’s Fair Housing Commission. Pamela also served as an executive editor for the Journal of Law and Public Affairs and participated with the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic. She received her B.A. in corporate communication from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York.
Pamela is a native Polish speaker and is proficient in Spanish.
