ADAM PRESTIDGE’s practice focuses on representing private equity clients and public and private strategic company clients in complex business transactions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity investments, fund formation and related general corporate counseling, with a focus on the energy industry.
Adam earned his J.D., cum laude, from William & Mary Law School in 2014. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with University Honors in 2010 from Brigham Young University. While attending law school, Adam was an editor of the William & Mary Law Review and president of the William & Mary Business Law Society.
