CARLOS RODRIGUEZ practices in the areas of securitization and structured finance and represents major commercial banks, investment banks, fund advisers, insurance companies and government entities in the United States and Latin America in structuring, financing and investing in structured financial instruments, asset-backed securities and derivatives.
He has extensive experience in capital markets transactions involving the public offering of registered securities and the private placement of securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. issuers, including offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Carlos has been recognized in numerous legal publications.
