CHANDLER M. ROGNES is an associate in Sidley’s Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice in Dallas. Chandler represents individuals, companies, and board committees in a broad array of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, insurance coverage, securities, employment, and bankruptcy litigation. Chandler has litigated disputes in forums across the country, including arbitration, state and federal trial court, federal bankruptcy court, and appellate court. Chandler also has experience working on internal investigations, particularly with regard to matters relating to workplace misconduct and “Me Too” allegations. She is currently serving as a Membership Chair for the Dallas CASA’s Young Professional’s Council.
Prior to joining Sidley, Chandler earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an editor for the SMU Law Review. Chandler received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology (Criminology) and a business minor from the University of Iowa.
