RYAN M. RUTLEDGE is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Technology and IP Transactions practice.
Ryan received his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, where he was associate editor of Ecology Law Quarterly. He also was a judicial extern to the Honorable Janet Bond Arterton of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Ryan is involved in the firm’s Emerging Enterprises Pro Bono Program, which provides free legal support to eligible small and medium-sized for-profit enterprises and market-focused NGOs and non-profits that have a clear social impact in developing countries across Africa, Asia, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
