• Secured a favorable settlement for a Chinese photovoltaic module manufacturer in its dispute with a leading Indian renewable energy company over an agreement for the sale and purchase of solar photovoltaic modules.
• Represented the African Union before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, in an advisory proceeding concerning climate change and its effects on the marine environment.
• Advised a leading energy company in an internal review of allegations of RICO and FCPA violations in connection with their project in Myanmar.
• Represented a Korea-listed video game developer in the quantum phase of an ICC arbitration valued at approximately US$1.1 billion, and parallel set aside proceedings.
• Conducted an employment investigation on behalf of a professional advisory services firm in connection with claims of misconduct by senior members of the firm.
• Advised global private equity firms in connection with potential minority oppression claims associated with key portfolios.
• Served as second chair for a construction arbitration involving variation and extension of time claims.
• Argued interlocutory hearings before the Singapore High Court on behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a subsidiary of a major Singapore-listed company in relation to claims of a conspiracy to oppress minority shareholders valued at approximately US$23 million.
