BRENDAN C. SMITH is an associate in the Litigation practice who represents individual and corporate clients in white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, government enforcement actions and complex civil litigation. Brendan has experience representing clients before law enforcement and regulatory agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has worked on matters and investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and matters implicating various securities laws and regulations.
Prior to practicing at law, Brendan worked as a paralegal in the DOJ’s Federal Program’s Branch.
