LINDSEY A. SMITH is a partner in the Corporate and Securities group of the firm’s Chicago office. Lindsey advises public companies on a broad range of securities law matters, including SEC periodic reporting obligations, proxy disclosures, stock exchange requirements and corporate governance matters. Lindsey also regularly represents issuers and investment banks in a variety of capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on public and private debt offerings and primary and secondary equity offerings.
Lindsey received her J.D. magna cum laude from Cornell Law School, where she was the Lead Symposium Editor of the Cornell Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif.
