ZACH STRONGIN is a managing associate in the Litigation group in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on white collar criminal matters, government investigations, and internal investigations. Zach devotes significant time to pro bono efforts. Recently, he represented a veteran in a benefits appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and he has worked on a team representing students in an anti-discrimination suit in state court.
Prior to joining Sidley, Zach served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gabriel W. Gorenstein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Zach earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as a notes editor for the Brooklyn Law Review. While in law school, Zach interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Zach received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College.
