• 65 Equity Partners, an independently managed investment firm wholly-owned by Temasek Holdings, on its S$150 million investment in Cityneon Group, which specializes in large-scale, intellectual-property-based, unique and immersive experiences held around the world.
• EdgePoint Infrastructure, a leading ASEAN–based independent telecommunications infrastructure company backed by DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE:DBRG), on its landmark acquisition and leaseback of 2,934 telecom towers in the Philippines from Smart Communications Inc. and Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc.
• KKR:
  • as lead investor in the Series F financing round of Livspace, one of Asia’s largest omni-channel home interior and renovation platforms, and a newly minted unicorn.
  • as lead investor in the Series C funding round of GrowSari, a B2B e-commerce platform serving micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises in the Philippines.
