CAMMIE TEO is a senior managing associate in the M&A and Private Equity group in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Sidley, Cammie was a senior associate at another global law firm in Australia. She has represented public and private companies across a range of sectors in domestic and cross-border M&A, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
Cammie earned both her J.D. and B.Com from the University of Melbourne.
