DOMINIC TSUN is a member of Sidley's multidisciplinary China Corporate and Finance group. His practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), H-share listings, additional listings (dual-primary or secondary) in Hong Kong, spinoffs, fundraising by listed companies, takeovers, other mergers and acquisitions, and privatizations of state-owned enterprises. He has a wealth of experience working on complex and pioneering transactions with leading Chinese companies in a range of sectors, as well as advising a large number of issuers from across the globe in achieving a listing on the HKEX. Dominic has over 30 years of practice experience and has been based in Hong Kong since 1994.
