ALICE WANG represents clients in a variety of litigation and regulatory settings, focusing her practice on telecommunications matters. Alice has experience representing clients in the federal courts of appeals and in various proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission.
Alice’s practice also involves advising clients on privacy and data security matters, including counseling clients on employment and privacy matters related to COVID-19.
Prior to joining Sidley, Alice served as a law clerk to Judge Judith W. Rogers on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and to Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to her clerkships, Alice practiced at an international law firm, where she represented clients in federal multidistrict litigation and state court proceedings.
