Marc E. Weinstein

MARC WEINSTEIN is a managing associate in the Global Finance group in the firm's New York office. 

Prior to joining Sidley, Marc was a debt finance and corporate associate at another global law firm where his practice focused on all aspects of complex secured lending transactions, focusing on advising private equity sponsors in connection with platform and add-on acquisition financings, and bankruptcy financings. He also served as a mid-level and junior associate on complex M&A transactions, focusing on advising private equity sponsors, with additional experience in capital market transactions.

Marc was a Judicial Intern, Judge Arthur Spatt, of the U.S. District Court, E.D.N.Y. 

While attending Fordham University School of Law, he was a staff member on the Fordham Law Review.
