GABRIELLE WHITEHALL is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on two substantive areas: privacy and cybersecurity, and telecommunications.
Gabrielle has experience providing cyber risk counseling services, including conducting privacy and cybersecurity diligence and integration planning for mergers and acquisitions. Gabrielle also has experience investigating data breaches affecting companies across sectors, including the financial, media, industrial, technology, and retail sectors.
Gabrielle has worked with clients on international data protection and cross-border transfer issues, matters related to Big Data, the Internet of Things, privacy regulations and enforcement in federal agencies, and industry self-regulation on privacy matters.
Gabrielle’s communications practice includes the preparation and filing of applications, comments, and other requests before the FCC, as well as counseling clients on corporate and transactional matters.
