ALEX YOUNG is a managing associate in the Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He focuses on international arbitration, particularly investment treaty arbitration, and trade disputes before the World Trade Organization.
Alex has served as a law clerk to Judge Ralph R. Erickson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and Judge Timothy C. Stanceu on the U.S. Court of International Trade.
Alex maintains an active pro bono practice assisting asylum-seekers in obtaining legal status in the United States. He earned his J.D. from New York University and his B.A. from Duke University.
