Jacques Zelnik

JACQUES ZELNIK represents banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and other financial institutions, and public and private companies in a variety of complex financing transactions across many industries, and at all levels of the capital structure, including both lender-side and borrower-side representation. Jacques has significant experience leading the transaction process, and drafting and negotiating the main transaction documents, including credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, etc. He also has significant experience in general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and acquisition finance.
