Digital Governance is a developing discipline and this panel will help analyze topics including the expansion of information regulation commensurately with digital technology and governance and/or governance versus innovation and competitiveness. The panel will discuss what legal departments should do to facilitate the implementation of effective digital governance with a special focus on CCPA implications and preparing for compliance with these new regulations, including a discussion of and comparison with the GDPR.
