India Business Law Journal named Singapore partners Manoj Bhargava and Ankit Kashyap among its top 100 international lawyers for India-related matters, naming them to its “A-List” of top India-focused lawyers at international law firms.
Manoj focuses his practice on international capital markets matters, with a focus on India. Manoj has more than two decades of experience and has advised on more than 125 capital markets offerings for Indian companies. He has built a substantial practice advising clients on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placements.
Ankit’s practice focuses on public and private international securities transactions, including transactions that involve U.S. securities laws, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements to qualified investors and issuance of American and global depository receipts.
