For the second year in a row, India Business Law Journal named Singapore partners Manoj Bhargava and Ankit Kashyap among its top 100 international lawyers for India-related matters, naming them to its “A-List” of top India-focused lawyers at international law firms. The “A-List” is based on extensive research conducted by India Business Law Journal. The results are a culmination of interviews with hundreds of lawyers at Indian law firms, as well as thousands of in-house counsel in India and around the world.
Manoj focuses on cross-border India transactions, particularly equity and debt capital markets. He has a substantial practice, advising clients on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placements, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission-registered offerings and listings on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and the stock exchanges of Mumbai, London, Singapore and Luxembourg. He has more than two decades of experience and has advised on almost 150 offerings and other transactions for Indian companies.
Ankit’s practice is focused on public and private international securities transactions, including transactions that involve U.S. securities laws, as well as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements to qualified investors and the issuance of American and global depository receipts.
