Benchmark Asia-Pacific named partner Yuet Ming Tham to its 2020 “Top 100 Women in Litigation” list. The annual list recognizes the leading women litigators in the Asia-Pacific region. Winners are selected based on Benchmark Asia-Pacific’s review of their recent case work, consideration of how lawyers at peer law firms rank them and client feedback.
Yuet is the global co-leader of Sidley’s White Collar: Government Litigation and Investigations practice and focuses on corporate compliance and investigations. She counsels her multinational clients on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), money-laundering regulations, data-privacy and employment. She has led cases across Europe, the Middle East and all of Asia Pacific and has counselled clients on matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and various enforcement agencies in Asia.
