Sidley has been shortlisted in five categories at the Law.com 2026 Asia Legal Awards, including in the “Securities Firm of the Year” category. The annual awards, now in their 13th year, celebrate the most significant transactions, cases, and legal work that have shaped the industry across Asia.
Sidley deals have also been shortlisted in four categories:
- Private Equity Deal of the Year – Stonepeak-Princeton Digital Group investment
- Restructuring and Insolvency Matter of the Year – Sino-Ocean Group US$6 billion offshore debt restructuring
- Securities Deal of the Year: Debt – New World Development Company's exchange offer
- Securities Deal of the Year: Equity – Tata Capital Limited’s US$1.75 billion IPO
Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony in Singapore on September 10, 2026.
