Sidley is representing long-standing client, NiSource, in the sale of the gas distribution business of its subsidiary, Columbia Gas of Massachusetts, to Eversource Energy for US$1.1 billion.
NiSource is one of the largest fully regulated utility companies in the United States with operations in seven states.
