ANDRES BARAJAS’s experience includes advising both debtor and creditor clients through complex Chapter 11 restructurings and bankruptcy-related litigation proceedings. Andres previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Martin Glenn, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Andres earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Race and Law. Andres received an M.Ed. and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
