BRENDAN BOHN focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes. His experience includes matters relating to breach of contract claims, antitrust claims, data breach responses, commercial arbitration, as well as government and internal investigations. Brendan also maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling clients on matters ranging from immigration law to negligence claims.
Prior to joining Sidley, Brendan worked as a case officer at the Competition Bureau, Canada’s federal antitrust agency. He also worked as a consultant at a professional services firm in London, England where he provided economics and regulatory advice to clients in both the public and private sectors.
Brendan received his J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where he was the director of a legal clinic for injured workers and represented clients as a caseworker at the school’s criminal law clinic. During law school, he spent a semester on exchange in France studying international law at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
Brendan graduated from Dalhousie University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with First Class Honors. He also holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
