ELIZABETH CHEN focuses her practice on merger control issues with an emphasis on premerger analysis, review, and notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act. She advises clients on a variety of antitrust matters including regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, integration planning, and the implementation of antitrust best practices. Beth has advised clients in a variety of industries including private equity funds, financial services, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and energy.
Prior to joining Sidley, Beth practiced at leading global law firms and served as an Attorney-Counselor at the University of Michigan Law School’s Officer of Career Planning.
