JON DUGAN is a managing associate in the firm’s Litigation group. His practice focuses on government enforcement actions, internal investigations, and commercial litigations and disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Jon completed a clerkship with the Honorable Martin Reidinger, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. He also worked as pro bono fellow at Americans United for the Separation of Church and State before joining Sidley.
Jon earned his law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina, where he worked on the North Carolina Law Review and represented clients in the school’s Consumer Financial Transactions Clinic. Prior to attending law school, he earned his B.A. in political science and history from James Madison University.
