• Quantedge Capital Pte Ltd, a leading international alternative investment asset manager based in Singapore and New York City, in the fund documentation for its flagship Quantedge Global Fund, a US$3 billion hedge fund structured as a Cayman Islands double-feeder master fund.
• Kings Court Capital Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based hedge fund manager in relation to the establishment of a long-short equity fund with a focus on Asia.
• Loyal Valley Capital, a prominent Shanghai-based private equity firm, in respect of the formation of its maiden hedge fund, a Cayman Islands double-feeder master fund.
• FengHe Fund Management Pte Ltd, a leading Asian investment platform, advising on the fund documents for FengHe Asia Fund, a US$2.3 billion hedge fund structured as a Cayman Islands double-feeder master fund.

• Acting as Singapore counsel to EQT AB (STO: EQT) on its S$7.5 billion agreement to acquire Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA), a leading private markets investment firm in Asia with US$19.5 billion of assets under management.
• Acting as Singapore counsel to EQT AB (STO: EQT) on the launch of O2 Power, a renewable energy platform in India, which was jointly established with Singapore sovereign wealth fund Temasek.
• Acting as Singapore counsel to DigitalBridge Investment Management, a leading global digital infrastructure investment firm, in launching Xenith Infrastructure Group, a fiber platform serving hyperscalers, data center operators, carriers, and enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region, which was jointly founded with Columbia Capital.
• Advising Investcorp, a leading provider and manager of alternative investment products founded in Bahrain, on its Asia-Pacific expansion plans.
• Proterra Investment Advisor in respect of the formation of Food Fund 3, a private equity fund focused on the food industry.
• A leading fund manager on the establishment of a private equity fund listed under the Singapore VCC regime.
• Wavemaker Pacific Partners Pte Ltd, a multifaceted cross border venture capital firm with dual headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, in relation to the establishment of Wavemaker Fund 4, a US$120 million private equity fund structured as a Cayman Islands limited partnership, with an investment focus in Southeast Asia.
