ANDREW KREBSBACH is an associate in Sidley’s Chicago office. As a member of the Investment Funds practice group, he advises and represents clients in securities, derivatives and futures-related regulatory and corporate matters, including hedge funds, commodity pools and securities, futures and derivatives trading.
Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice and was recognized as the 2020 Rookie of the Year by the National Immigrant Justice Center for his work to help asylees and refugees obtain lawful permanent resident status and bring family members to the United States.
Andrew graduated cum laude from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he was an editor of the Northwestern University Law Review and a recipient of the John Henry Wigmore Scholarship. Andrew earned his B.A., with distinction, in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
