JACK MCKAY is an associate in the firm’s Century City office and a member of the M&A and Private Equity practice.
Jack earned his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as executive editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, and as a law clerk and the student board co-president for the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center, where he counseled early-stage startups on corporate and IP matters. While in law school, Jack participated in the Honors Program for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division, where he researched and advised on topics such as cryptocurrency, offering fraud and insider trading. He received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Loyola Marymount University.
